When will tickets be on sale?
They will be on general release from 1st May 2017.
Please remember that, until 1st May, tickets on restricted availability under the Priority Ticket Scheme will require a special password. This password will be issued via email to all Supporters who have registered their email address with us.
If you have not received your password, please contact our Ticket Support Office (see box on this page).
TicketSource do not have access to the passwords and will be unable to help you obtain yours. Please contact the GMF Ticket Support Office if you need assistance.
How can I buy tickets?
Tickets will be available for purchase:
You will be able to choose your own seats (indoor concerts only) and opt to receive your tickets immediately as "eTickets", sent via e-mail or directly to your smartphone.
* Please note that a £1.50 booking charge will be applied automatically to all orders placed by phone and also to orders where tickets are posted through the mail.
Our on-line ticket ordering system will allow you to select your seats from a Seating Plan and have your tickets delivered by email for you to print yourself. This saves on printing and postage costs as well as making the whole process quicker, too.
You may, if you wish, have your tickets printed and posted to you.
Please note that a charge of £1.50 per order will apply for this service.
Place your order for tickets by phone with our Booking Agents, TicketSource, who will have a dedicated Box Office phone line.
Calls to this line are at standard rates (i.e. the same cost as calling an ordinary landline number)
The lines will be open from 1st April 2017:
- 0900 to 1900 Mondays to Fridays
- 0900 to 1700 on Saturdays
(excluding Bank Holidays)
Outside of these hours there will be an answerphone with callback facility.
- There is a £1.50 charge for handling your order by phone, which includes the cost of printing and posting your tickets to you
- This is a bookings-only line and does not handle general enquiries
- TicketSource will only have access to the same information as if you were booking on-line yourself
You are always welcome to apply for tickets by post but please consider using one of the other methods. Booking on-line or by phone will guarantee your seats immediately and avoid any postal delays that might occur.
Should you wish to make a postal application for tickets please complete a Booking Form and send it with your cheque (payable to "The Guiting Festival") to:
Guiting Music Festival
36 Carlton Street
Please note that a £1.50 charge is made for printing and posting your tickets.
